FOR GROUPS - we do all the work and offer this as a SERVICE:
PDMG, Inc. charges monthly fee depending on which services the CE provider Group wishes to use and their volume of CE's. e.g. - the provider may wish to download information only or they may wish to download information and Upload their reports and ancillary tests. They may need to manage ancillary information ( scan or print ) and they may need to convert reports into a format acceptable to the ERE web site.
We will put together packages for the different states so that we can accommodate the specific needs of different DDS offices. We are pricing this service so that it will be cheaper than having your secretary do it.
The “Click”- Electronic Report Generator can be priced on a monthly fee based on volume or on an individual use basis. We anticipate that it will be about half the cost of transcription.
By creating your CE reports Electronically, you can quickly create standardized, formatted reports with unlimited free text . You can review and edit CE Reports at any time. Once you finalize the report, you can then have an electronic signature applied and it is ready for submission to the ERE web site. ( Group Accounts cannot use the “One Click” report submission. Therefore, their reports cannot be digitally signed and must have a “wet signature”).
