Software Subscription Service is for INDIVIDUAL Providers who have Individual SSA ERE Login accounts.

The Subscription Software runs on Windows and is intended to be installed and used on one computer.  It can be run in a Windows partition on a MAC.  All of the Software and Information resides on the end user’s computer.   HIPAA compliance is the end user’s responsibility!!!

The Subscription Software automatically checks our Secure Server for necessary updates and installs them automatically.

The Subscription Software for Individual providers has 2 components:

1. ERE Bridge - this does all of the interaction with SSA ERE Web site and packages the information for the provider and builds their schedule and CE data packets for each client.   We charge a monthly fee of $40.00 for up to 100 CE packet downloads.  For 100 - 200 monthly CE packet downloads the monthly fee is $60.00.  Uploads of reports and ancillary tests are included in this price.   Reports  that you get from your current transcription service may be uploaded with this software.  Monthly fees are paid in advance.

2. “Click” CE Report Generator - this is the part that can be utilized to create Med or Psych CE reports from Templates.  We charge $5.00 per report generated. The per report fee for generated reports is billed at the end of the month for the reports generated over the previous month.
